Friends and family pilot

Your first conversations start here.

A small group, real feedback and room to get familiar. Explore Blendwave with your team, starting with the shared inbox and web chat. Add calls and texting as each channel is ready.

No card required for the invited web chat pilot. We confirm your trial dates and usage limits before you begin.

The invitation request opens your email app. If it does not open, write to hello@blendwave.ai with your business name and what you would like to try.

Start here

Web chat

Add your approved answers, preview a conversation and connect the widget to your website. Review the conversation and hand it to your team in the shared inbox.

You can start a web chat pilot without buying a phone number.

Set up in your workspace

Business calls

Choose your greeting and how calls are handled: ring your verified phone, take a message or use an assistant. Review your number and call settings in Blendwave.

New number activation requires card setup, which is not available yet. An invitation does not activate a phone number.

Carrier approval required

Business texting

Prepare your business details and texting registration in Blendwave. Follow the review status in your workspace before using the number for business texts.

Sending requires an approved business, number and consent. Carrier review is separate from your pilot invitation.

Email and social messaging are outside this pilot. Bookings, purchases and other business actions need a separately verified integration.

Your first session

Use sample questions while you get comfortable. Bring customers in after you have checked the answers and handoff.

  1. Open your invitation.

Use the email address that was invited and finish the account security steps. If the link has expired, ask the Blendwave team for a new invitation.

  2. Give it a few reliable answers.

Add your business hours, services and common questions to Knowledge. Check the facts before enabling AI replies.

  3. Try a question and a handoff.

Preview web chat, ask something your knowledge covers, then ask for a person. Find the conversation in Inbox and check that your team can take over.

  4. Tell us what felt right or got in the way.

Include the page or channel, approximate time, what happened and what you expected. Leave passwords, keys and customer details out of your report.
